There is controversy on the claim of the learned counsel for the Contemnors that there is already compliance of the direction of this Court, vide order dated 25.8.2020 passed by the Director, Higher Secondary Education. This Court finds, the order dated 25.8.2020 is not in terms of the compliance of the direction of this Court where this Court in disposal of W.P.(C) No.8461/2020 on 27.5.2020 directed for payment by extending the pensionary and other retiral benefits to the Petitioner. It is a different thing. There are some disputes remain between the Departments, which are required to resolve the issue in spite of passing such order, which itself is an indicator of no full compliance of the direction of this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition. Thus in disposal of the Contempt Petition, keeping in view the commitment of the learned counsel for the Contemnors, let the entire exercise be over and full compliance report be filed before the Registry of this Court within three weeks hence.
