The petiotioner, arraigned as accused in the above cap oned FIR, has come up before this Court under Sec on 482 CrPC for quashing of the FIR and all consequen al proceedings based on the compromise with the aggrieved person.
Earlier also, the petiotioner had entered into compromise and this Court had given reasoning that contents and objec ve of compromise points towards its rejec on and proceeding in a FIR under Sec on 307 IPC cannot be disrupted. Now the petiotioner has entered into out of Court compromise (Annexure P-2), which is also on similar foo ng.
A perusal of the same reveals that no reasons have been given that why the criminal proceedings under Sec on 307 IPC should be disrupted and there is no men on that the pe oner and the complainant were either rela ves or friends or business partners.
At this stage, counsel for the petiotioner wants to withdraw the present petition
Given above, the present petiotion stands disposed of having been withdrawn.
