Judgment
Rakesh Kumar Jain, J.—This is a petition for bail pending trial in a case registered vide FIR No. 207 dated 11.10.2011 under Sections 269, 272, 273 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short ''IPC'') at Police Station City Sunam, Sangrur. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that all other offences except offence u/s 420 are bailable. She further submits that the petitioner is allegedly found in possession of adulterated ghee. She submits that the recovered ghee is manufactured by S.G. Industries, Patiala Road, Sunam, which is meant for Hawan etc. She further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2011 whereas the challan has already been presented. The petitioner is neither a previous convict nor any other case is pending against him.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case but without making any observation on the merits, present petition is hereby allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
