Judgment

This application is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.1803 of 2018,S tate v. Sanjay
Upadhyaya and others, pending in the Court of CJM, Dehradun.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the papers on record.
The above-numbered compounding application has also been filed seeking to compound the offence between the parties on the basis of a
compromise arrived at between them.
Learned counsel for the State opposed the compounding application.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that all the offences i.e. Sections 420 read with Section 120-B and Section 504 IPC are
compoundable offences.
Parties were present before the Court on 24.08.2021 being identified by their respective counsel. They had also put their signatures on the order
sheet of the Court.
Accordingly, compounding application is allowed. The entire proceedings, mentioned hereinabove, pending between the parties are hereby quashed
qua the present applicants on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.
Present C482 application stands disposed of, as above.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
