Learned counsel for the decree holder in EA No. 172 of 2021 submits, on instructions, that the matter has been settled and as such the complainant / decree holder wishes to withdraw his EA.
In the wake of the above submission the EA No. 172 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
Unconditional liberty is however provided to the complainant / decree holder to revive his EA, if he so wishes, within 30 days, by filing appropriate application.
