The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 26.12.2025 passed by District Registrar, Firms & Societies, Gurugram. He is further seeking setting aside of General Body Meeting (GBM) Resolution dated 27.09.2025.
The petitioner who is present in-person submits that he has filed appeal before State Registrar against order passed by District Registrar. The appeal was filed about two months back still no order has been passed.
Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Sandeep Yadav, IEO O/o the District Registrar, Firms & Societies, Gurugram submits that Appellate Authority on account of election duty could not finally adjudicate the matter, however, by 15.04.2026 final order would be passed after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner
In the wake of statement of both sides, this petition stands disposed of.
The Registrar General is requested to look into petitioner’s representation
Pending Misc. application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
