Judgment
The grievance of the applicant is encroachment on the land. As per records the matter was considered in a case by the Meerut Development Authority and Vide order dated 19.04.11 direction has been issued to take action for removal of encroachment under Uttar Pradesh Nagar Niyojan Evam Vikas Adhiniyam 1973. In other proceeding the matter was decided in Appeal No. 40 of 2010 vide order dated 12.03.2012 by the Commissioner, Meerut Division. A revision was again filed before Special Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh and was decided vide order dated 08.10.2018. A Writ Petition was filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India (7073/2018) which was heard and disposed with certain directions vide order dated 24.09.2018.
Accordingly, the matter was heard and decided by authorities concerned. However, if the applicant has any further grievance, he/she may approach to the appropriate authority for redressal of the grievance accordingly.
The original application stands disposed of.
