Let the notice of the present application be issued to the non-applicant/Respondents, returnable within a period of two weeks. The affidavit of service be filed within a period of one week.

After receipt of notice, reply/ objection if any be filed by the non-applicant/Respondents within a period of two weeks time with an advance copy to be supplied to the Ld. Counsel representing the Applicant. Thereafter, rejoinder if any be filed within a period of one week.

Let the matter be adjourned for further hearing on 12^th July, 2024.

As per the previous order dated 20^th December, 2023, it was directed that the amount of Rs.3 lakh would be paid as an RP fees by the Operational Creditor. That order was not complied with and therefore, the present Contempt Application No.03/2024 has been filed.

Now, the Ld. Counsel representing the Operational Creditor has handedover a cheque i.e. Cheque No.003009 for an amount of Rs.2,70,000/- after deducting the TDS in compliance of the aforesaid order dated 20^th December, 2023 passed by this Adjudicating Authority.

Ld. Proxy Counsel, Sh. Anurup Dutta representing the main Arguing Counsel, Sh. Anil Kumar for erstwhile RP, accepts the cheque, and therefore also states that the Contempt Application No.03/2024 be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the aforesaid position, the Contempt Application No.03/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
