Judgment
Arun Monga, J
Learned counsel for both the parties are ad idem that similar controversy has already been decided by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Marudhar Balika Vidyapeeth Vidyawadi (Higher Secondary) Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6082/2020 decided alongwith other connected matters on 26.04.2023.
In view of the aforesaid consensus between the counsels, the present petition is also disposed of in same terms as judgment ibid.
However, it is made clear that the competent authority shall carry out the due verification qua the calculations to be made in proportion to the liability as per the grant-in-aid being given to the education institute by the State, and for the balance, the petitioner-institute shall be responsible for making the proportionate contribution.
To facilitate the competent authority, the petitioner-institute is directed to file an account statement in tabular form after depositing their share.
