Present as under:

Mr. Gajendra A. Rajput, Counsel for Appellants.

Mr. Alok Mishra, Counsel for Respondent.

The Learned Counsel for the Appellants would submit that the parties have arrived at a One-Time Settlement (OTS) for a total sum of ₹7,05,00,000/- and as per the terms of the settlement, the pre-deposit amount lying with the Registry, DRAT, Mumbai along with accrued interest thereon, is required to be released directly in favour of the Respondent Bank. He would further submit that the Respondent Bank has agreed to accept the said amount, including the accrued interest, as part-payment towards the total agreed OTS amount.

The Respondent Bank has no objection to the same.

Accordingly, I.A. (Diary) No. 1706/2026 is allowed. The Registry is directed to release the pre-deposit amount along with accrued interest, if any, directly in favour of the Respondent Bank as prayed in the application.
