O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner is present. Ld. Representative of the Corporate Debtor is also present.

Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Corporate Debtor is already undergoing CIRP in terms of Order dated 16.07.2019 in CP 3962/IBC(MB)/2018. In view of this, Petition [CP(IB)-1749(MB)/2019] is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to lodge his/her claim before the IRP/RP appointed in the matter of Corporate Debtor.
