1.

The present CrMP has been filed by the petitioner for extension of time to deposit the cost as has been ordered by Coordinate Bench of this Court on 12.01.2026 passed in Cr.M.P. No. 64/2026.

2.

Since, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner in repeated call, we proceed in the case and perused the application as well as order dated 12.01.2026.

3.

By the order dated 12.01.2026, the petition for quashing of FIR, charge-sheet and entire criminal proceeding was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a duly constituted petition with the condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5000/- as cost in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from the date of such order and the said amount shall be transmitted to the Govt. Special School for Visual and Hearing Impaired, Tifra, District- Bilaspur. Since, the petitioner could not deposit the amount of cost within such period, he moved the application for extension of time.

4.

Though, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not appeared in repeated calls, we deem it appropriate to grant further seven working days to deposit the cost as has been ordered by Coordinate Bench of this Court on 12.01.2026.

5.

Accordingly, further seven working days time from today is granted to the petitioner to deposit the cost as has been ordered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 12.01.2026 in CrMP No. 64/2026.

6.

The present Cr.MP is accordingly disposed of.
