Judgment
Nirmaljit Kaur, J.—This is a petition u/s 438 Cr.P.C for grant of pre-arrest bail to the Petitioner in FIR No. 129 dated 15.10.2009 registered under Sections 302/201/34 IPC registered at Police Station Lambra, District Jalandhar.
It is contended that the Petitioner was found innocent in two enquiries held by the police. Accordingly, notice of motion was issued and it was directed that the enquiry conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala be produced.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions from ASI Jarnail Singh, states that there is no report of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala as no enquiry was conducted by him. It is further stated that as per the investigation, the Petitioner was found to be last seen with the deceased and four other cases are also pending against the present Petitioner in Police Station Division No. 7, Jalandhar and P.O. proceedings have also been initiated against him.
Accordingly, no ground for concession of anticipatory bail is made out.
Dismissed.
