Prayer in this petition is for transfer of the case/application under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, filed by the respondent-husband, titled as Tarunveer Singh Mavi vs. Sandeep Kaur, pending before the Additional District Judge, Rupnagar to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Dera Bassi, District S.A.S. Nagar.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the aforesaid case, filed by the respondent-husband, may be transferred to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Mohali, S.A.S. Nagar, as per convenience of the parties.

Since both the parties have consented for the transfer of the aforesaid case to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Mohali, the present petition is disposed of.

The case/application filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, titled as Tarunveer Singh Mavi vs. Sandeep Kaur, pending before the Additional District Judge, Rupnagar shall be transferred to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Mohali, District S.A.S. Nagar.

The Additional District Judge, Rupnagar is directed to transfer all the record pertaining to the aforesaid case to District Judge, S.A.S. Nagar.

The District Judge, S.A.S. Nagar will assign the said case/petition to the competent Court of jurisdiction.

The parties are directed to appear before the trial Court at Mohali within a period of 01 month from today.
