Judgment

Counsel for the applicant, Shri Tushar Mohanty after arguing for some time submits that he may be allowed to submit representation before the respondent No.2 with respect to his claim for ad hoc promotion since his suspension order has been quashed and set aside by this Tribunal. Further, he requests that the respondents be directed to consider this OA as his additional representation.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, we dispose of this OA by granting liberty to the applicant to submit his representation before the competent authority and in addition to it, it is open for the applicant to place a copy of this OA as his additional representation. It is expected that the respondents will consider it in accordance with the rules expeditiously. We made it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
The OA stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the counsel for the applicant.
