Judgment

Vide order dated 26.07.2019 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 109/2019, the applicant and his brother Shalinder Gulhati were ordered to be released on bail subject to certain terms and conditions, and amongst other conditions, on the condition that he shall deposit the amount of Rs. 2 crores each with the trial court.
The applicant assailed this order in the Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing the Criminal Appeal No. 1393-94 of 2019 and the Hon'ble
Supreme Court vide its order dated 13.09.2019 has modified the same by directing that instead of depositing a sum of Rs. 4 crores, the applicant and his brother shall furnish solvent security of Rs. 4 crores or above within a period of two weeks' from 13.09.2019. It was also observed that for any other clarification/modification, the applicant may approach the High Court.
Thus present application filed by the applicant whereby seeking extension of time for submission of solvent security as directed, on the ground that the process for valuation of properties is likely to take some time. Mr. Rajnesh Oswal, learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant has no objection for extending further time as prayed for.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, further four weeks' time from today is extended for furnishing the solvent security of the value of Rs. 2 crores.
Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of.
