Judgment
This petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming the following reliefs:
(i) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to respondent No.3 to dispatch the allotted paddy to the petitioner.
(ii) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to respondent No.3 to decide the representation preferred by the petitioner in a time bound manner; and/or.
(iii) To call for the entire records pertaining to the allotment and release of lots of paddy to millers falling under the territorial region of the respondent No.3.
(iv) To grant any other relief which the Hon'ble Court thinks proper in the interest of justice.
After argument at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to file a fresh representation to the respondent No.2.
Considering the grievance of the petitioner, he is directed to submit fresh representation within seven days which shall be decided by the respondent No.2 within seven days from the date of submission of fresh representation along with copy of order passed today by this Court.
The decision thereon shall be communicated by the respondent No.2 to the petitioner.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
With the aforesaid direction, writ petition is disposed off
