It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 22-02-2017 passed by this court in WP(C) No. 213 of 2016, which is enclosed at Annexure-A/20 in the present writ petition.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned ASG submitted that as there has been some administrative changes in dealing with the cases regarding RIMS and Union of India is also involved, he will require some time to get necessary instruction and for filing appropriate counter affidavit.

As prayed for by the learned ASG, list this case again on 02-05-2022. In the meantime, the learned ASG is directed to examine whether the present writ petition is covered by the aforesaid order at Annexure - A/20 to the writ petition.
