The petitioner is the accused in 15 crimes. He submitted Ext.P1 application before the 3rd respondent to furnish certified copies of the FIRs and FIS. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent is not furnishing the certified copies of the FIRs along with FIS.
I have heard Sri.C.S.Manu, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Seetha S., the learned Senior Public Prosecutor.
The learned Public Prosecutor submits that there are 15 FIRs, and the soft copies of the FIRs and FIS were already furnished to the petitioner in his WhatsApp number. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not receive the same.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the copies of the FIRs along with the FIS in all the 15 crimes are forwarded to the WhatsApp number of the counsel for the petitioner.
Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to furnish the copies of the FIRs along with the FIS for the 15 crimes mentioned in Ext.P1 to the WhatsApp number (8129632498) of the counsel for the petitioner today itself.
