Judgment
Petitioner, who is working as a Principal in charge in a School under the 4th respondent, is aggrieved by the order Ext.P5 passed by the second respondent in which it was found that 5th respondent is the person eligible for appointment as principal. Aggrieved by Ext.P5 order, the petitioner has submitted Ext.P6 representation before the Government.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied with a direction to the second respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation.
The writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 representation, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5, within a period of 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
