This application has been filed for the suspension of the rights of representation, participation and voting rights of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in the Meeting of the Committee of Creditors in accordance with Section 21(2) of the Code. Let the notice of the same be issued.
Notice of the same accepted by the Ld. Counsel Mr. Sahil Sethi, and he wants to file the reply. Let the same be filed within seven days, failing which, the right to file reply shall stands closed and no further adjournment shall be given.
In the meantime, the CoC shall not be proceeded further till the next date of hearing.
So far as IA/4332/ND/2022 shall be taken up on the next date of hearing.
Let both these applications be fixed for arguments on 28.09.2022.
