It is submitted by learned counsel for Petitioner-Operational Creditor that the entire amount has been received from Respondent-Corporate Debtor and he does not want to pursue with the present petition and seeks leave of this Hon’ble Tribunal to withdraw the present petition. Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
