This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for adding the offence punishable under Section 411 of IPC in the head note and prayer clause.
Heard.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Registry is directed to amend the head note and prayer clause accordingly.

Present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0172 dated 25.10.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379-A, 34 and 411 of IPC at Police Station Sector 17, Chandigarh, District Chandigarh.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have already compromised the matter and had before this Court in CRM-M-4916-2024 seeking quashing of FIR. Taking cognizance of the compromise, notice of motion has been issued and the parties have been ordered to appear before the concerned Court on 08.02.2024.
State counsel is not in a position to dispute the aforesaid fact.
In view of above, present petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Ld. Trial Court/Duty Magistrate, concerned.
Needless to say nothing recorded herein shall be construed to be an expression of an opinion on the merits of the case.
