Judgment
Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. In fact, the Hon’ble President NCLT has constituted a special bench for hearing this matter vide order dated 16.04.2024 comprising of Mr. P.S.N. Prasad, Hon’ble Judicial Member as well as Mr. Umesh Kumar Shukla, Technical Member. Since, the Court No. II has now been conducted by Mr. P.S.N. Prasad, Hon’ble Judicial Member and Mr. Satya Ranjan Prasad, Technical Member, the parties are directed to approach the Hon’ble President NCLT, New Delhi for obtaining the consent of the Hon’ble President for hearing the matter by the present Bench i.e., Mr. P.S.N. Prasad, Hon’ble Judicial Member and Mr. Satya Ranjan Prasad, Hon’ble Member (Technical). All the learned counsel has jointly submitted that they would like to file an application regarding recent sale caused by their clients/parties. They are permitted to file a joint application in this regard explaining the facts and circumstances leading to such action by their clients/parties.
All the counsel has consented to list this matter on 08.05.2024. Accordingly, the matter stands posted to 08.05.2024.
