1.

By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought

to raise grievance in relation to Question No. 90, 105 and 114 of

the Teacher Grade-III (Level-II) Examination - 2013.

2.

The petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition being S.B. Civil

Writ Petition No.1150/2015 titled as "Sahab Ram Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Anr." which came to be disposed of by this Court, vide

order dated 02.02.2015, with a direction to consider petitioner''s

representation.

3.

It is clear from the perusal of the said order that the

petitioner had raised grievance only against Question No. 105 in

the earlier round of litigation and in furtherance thereof, the

petitioner had made a representation dated 06.02.2015 raising his

concern about Question No. 105.

4.

The respondents had initially given answer ''C'' qua Question

No. 105 at the initial result which, even after reconsideration, was

maintained as ''C''.

5.

The petitioner has thereafter sent a notice dated

07.07.2017, raising grievance against additional questions,

namely Question No. 90 and 114 and has again approached this

Court by way of the present writ petition.

6.

In the considered opinion of this Court, since the petitioner

at earlier round of litigation had raised grievance only qua

Question No. 105 and had also made a representation which

representation had already been considered by the respondents,

the petitioner cannot be permitted to raise grievance qua two

other questions, namely Question No. 90 and Question No. 114.

7.

About Question No. 105, the petitioner''s grievance has been

taken note of and considered, pursuant to the directions dated

02.02.2015 of this Court and the revised result has been

published.

8.

Once the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, this

Court cannot sit as an Appellate Court, over the respondents''

decision in exercise of its writ jurisdiction.

9.

The present writ petition is hence dismissed.
