Judgment
Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.—Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been indicted for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 506 and 148 read with Section 149, IPC, in FIR No. 114, dated 19.7.2012, registered at Police Station, Kurali, District S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali. Learned Counsel contends that the petitioner is a student of 12th class. He further submits that the mother of the petitioner was picked up by the police and detained in illegal custody. He further submits that if the petitioner is arrested then his future shall be spoiled.
Heard.
The motive for causing the injury was teasing the girl. The petitioner armed with '' gandasi'', caused a blow on the head of the complainant. The allegations levelled against him are serious in nature. The recovery of weapon of offence has to be effected.
Keeping in view the totality of the circumstance, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed.
