Judgment

In this writ application, prayer of the petitioner is to issue appropriate direction restraining the respondents from interfering in the peaceful functioning of the petitioner mill and further to take decision on the objection dated 22.03.2009 filed by it.
Petitioner is a rice mill. It was served with a show cause notice dated 06.03.2009 inter alia alleging violation of various provisions of the Statute. Petitioner filed its reply dated 22.03.2009. It is its grievance that till date final decision has not been taken in the matter and attempt is being made to close the mill.
Mr. Raghvendra Dwivedi appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that since till now no decision has been taken on the show cause notice filed by the petitioner, respondents cannot stop the petitioner from carrying out its business.
Mr. Nand Lal Maurya appearing on behalf of the respondents No.2 and 3 states that decision on the show cause filed by the petitioner shall be taken within four weeks.
Let it be done. So long as the order is not passed in accordance with law, petitioner shall not be prevented from carrying out its operation.
Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
