This writ petition is arising out of the order passed by the Small Causes Court at the behest of the respondents/landlords in granting the prayer for fixing the standard rent.
The Petitioner preferred the revision, questioning the order of awarding standard rent passed by the Small Causes Court on 03/09/2013, which was also dismissed on 27/02/2015.
It is informed by Ms. Jeenal Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that an attempt made to contact the petitioner remained unfruitful as the letter issued to the petitioner was not served and written back, so also the phone calls are not responded by the petitioner.
Learned counsel who was representing the Petitioner is elevated to the Bench.
In this background, a suggestion is made that the Court notice be ordered to the petitioner.
In view of above, issue Court notice to the petitioner, returnable on 20/10/2022.
Office to take steps for effecting service on the petitioner by returnable date. Office to ensure that by returnable date, service report be placed on record.
