Judgment
Pleadings are complete.  Issues have already been filed by the Petitioner and R-1 in the Registry.  Mr. A.P. Sahay, Ld. Counsel appearing
for R-2 submits that he intends to adopt the issues as that of R-1.    After hearing Ld. Counsel for the parties, the following issues are framed
in agreement of all the sides.
(1)Whether the petitioners and Softline Media Limited are connected and related parties or they are separate juristic entity?
(2)Whether the petitioners are liable to make payment to Softline Media Limited?
(3)Whether the Petitioners are entitled to recover an amount of Rs 2,00,23,083/- paid to the Respondents?
(4)Whether the petition is maintainable in the present form in the absence of Softline Media Limited?
(5)Whether the petitioners are entitled to any other relief(s)?
As prayed for, let evidence affidavit be filed by the petitioners in four weeks. R-1 and R-2 may file their evidence affidavit in four weeks
thereafter. List the matter on 17th May, 2021 for directions.
