Alok Singh, J.—This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 225 dated 9.12.2010 under Sections 354, 452 IPC, P.S. Kosli, District Rewari.

On being asked, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions from Mr. Permanand, ASI, has stated that neither custodial interrogation of the Petitioner is required nor anything is to be recovered from him.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the offence u/s 354 IPC is bailable. He further states that the Petitioner shall join investigation as and when he is required to do so.

Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner, he shall be released on bail by the Investigating Officer on furnishing his personal bond and one surety of Rs. 20,000/-each, subject to the limitations provided u/s 438(2) of the Code. Petitioner - accused shall participate in the investigation as and when he is required.
