Judgment
In the judgment and order dated 16.05.2024 passed in the instant appeal, some typographical errors have been detected in para ‘14‟ and in last part of para ‘15‟.
In 5th line of para ‘14’ the date was mistakenly written as “16.05.2024” instead of “16.05.2023” and in the last part of para ‘15‟ it was written that “The terms and conditions as laid down in the joint compromise petition apart from the directions given at para 12 of this judgment shall form a part of the decree”. It is detected that the directions were given in para ‘14’ and not in para ‘12’ of the judgment and order.
In view of this, following corrections are made:
i. In para 14, the date ‘16.05.2024’ has to be corrected and to be read as “16.05.2023‟.
ii. In last part of para 15 ‘para 12’ has to be corrected as ‘para 14’. As such, it should be read thus:
“The terms and conditions as laid down in the joint compromise petition apart from the directions given at para 14 of this judgment shall form a part of the decree”.
This order shall be part of the judgment and order dated 16.05.2024.
Registry is directed to prepare the decree accordingly.
