ORDER
The Learned Representatives for the Applicant is present.
MA-23/2020 – In this particular CP this MA is regarding the change of IRP in response to the Resolution by the COC in this regard. The COC in its Meeting of 20.12.2019 decided to change IRP Mr. Rakesh Rameshwar Rathi with another RP Mr. Pravin R. Navandar.
The Resolution No. 6 of the COC is reproduced below :-
Resolution 6 :
“ RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the Code, Mr. Pravin R. Navandar IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00008/2016-2017, be appointed as the resolution professional for corporate insolvency resolution process of VOVL Limited.”
“ RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the name of Mr. Pravin R. Navandar IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00008/2016-2017, be forwarded to the Adjudicating Authority for its consideration for his appointment as the resolution professional for corporate insolvency resolution process of VOVL Limited.”
“ RESOLVED FURTHER THAT State Bank of India is hereby authorized to file the necessary application with NCLT in accordance with the Code.”
The COC discussed internally and decided the same would be put up for e-voting.
This Resolution was approved by e-voting by all the members of the COC.
MA-23/2020 is Allowed.
