This application has been filed by the IRP of M/s. AL Ameen Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., under Section 12A of IBC, 2016. Minutes of the meeting wherein withdrawal was considered are placed at page 27 & 28 of the application. Form- FA is placed at page Nos. 18 & 19 of the Application. Mr. S. Vaidyanathan, IRP in the matter is present in person and states that the entire dues have been received by him and there is nothing outstanding.

In view of this, we are inclined to allow this application. The Company is released from the rigors of law and is permitted to function through its Board of Directors. IRP is discharged from the assignment.

Accordingly, this IA(IBC)/981(CHE)/2022 stands allowed and CP(IB)/449(CHE)/2020 stands closed.
