Judgment
M. Jaichandren, J.—At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, had submitted that it would suffice, if the first Respondent is directed to reconsider its decision made in G.O.(Rt) No. 30 School Education (D1) Department, dated 20.02.2006,appointing the Special officer to administer the Thavasumuthu Nadar Higher Secondary School, Porayar, Nagapattinam, in the light of the subsequent events that had taken place, including the decrees passed by the Civil Court, in O.S. Nos. 95 of 2000 and 96 of 2000,on the file of District Munsif Court, Sirkali.
In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, the first Respondent is directed to reconsider the order, made in G.O.(Rt) No. 30 School Education (D1) Department, dated20.02.2006, taking into consideration, the subsequent events, including the decrees passed in the above said Civil suits, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner, the fifth Respondent, as well as to the other persons concerned and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
