M. Chockalingam, J.—When this writ petition came up for admission, this Court on perusal of the materials available is of the considered

opinion that it is not a fit case for admission even, and no notice is required to the respondent.

2.

The only grievance ventilated by the petitioner is that he registered himself in the Employment Exchange, Trichirappalli, in 1981; that pursuant to

the issuance of interview card, an interview was held on 30.7.2008; that he was selected to the post of Office Assistant; that an order of

appointment was issued on 14.8.2008; that he was appointed as Office Assistant in the time scale of pay of Rs. 2550-55-2660-60-3200 and

posted in the Fast Track Court No. II, Trichirappalli; that thereafter, he was also transferred from the said Court to Sub Court, Trichirappalli; and

that while he was serving so, an order of termination was issued to him which is the subject matter of challenge before this Court.

3.

A perusal of the materials available would clearly indicate that the interview was called for for the vacancy; but, it was only temporary, and he

has been terminated by service of the order under challenge though he was sponsored by the District Employment Exchange for the purpose of

filling up the temporary vacancy. In such circumstances, no right is available to the petitioner herein to seek for a permanent post or to challenge the

termination order itself. Therefore, this writ petition is one merit less, and accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected

MP is also dismissed.
