ORDER
1.
Counsel for the OC/Liquidator has tendered the original of the Consent Terms stating that the matter has been settled between the parties and the OC has received the entire payment of Rs. 42,00,000/- as full and final settlement. Hence, there is no need for OC to pursue the matter.

Based on the above submissions made by both the Counsel for OC and CD, the above CP is allowed to be withdrawn. Hence, the CP is disposed of as withdrawn.
