ORDER
IA 266 of 2020:- Counsel, Ms. Trupti Shetty appeared for the Applicant/Operational Creditor and Counsel, Ms. Zinnea Mehta appeared for the Corporate Debtor. The present Application is filed by the Operational Creditor under Section 12A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 informing this bench that the Operational Creditor has settled the matter with the Corporate Debtor Company and Operational Creditor is desirous to withdraw the captioned Company Petition. Counsel appearing for the Corporate Debtor Company also filed an affidavit indicating therein that no proceedings are pending either under Section 7 or 9 before any bench of NCLT, Mumbai. Taking note of the affidavit and the submissions made in the Application, this bench is satisfied. Accordingly, IA 266 of 2020 is allowed and disposed of and CP 1378 of 2017 is stand closed.
