ORDER

The Liquidator along with his Counsel is present. It has been prayed that a direction may be given to the Applicants who have filed the Schemes to include the Liquidator's fee as per Regulation '4(3)' of IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016 along with the Professional fee payable as per Regulation '7' of IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016, as part of the liquidation cost in the said Scheme submitted under Section 230 of the Companies Act, 2013.

The submission made appears to be plausible. Therefore, the Liquidator is directed to place the proposal as prayed before the CoC, and the CoC may direct the Applicants to make a provision in the schemes, accordingly.

At this stage, one of the Applicants, who has filed the Scheme before the Liquidator is being represented by his Counsel viz., Mr. Ravi Rajagopalan, who has submitted that since the Scheme has been filed with the Liquidator, he may be directed to ensure that all the assets of the Company are intact, as provided in the "Expression of Interest". The Liquidator is directed to verify the details with regard to the assets of the Company and provide the latest status of the same to the Applicant(s). Accordingly, the Application stands disposed of.
