MS . Seema Sharma, Advocate, resident of Plot No. 6, Sector 19 B, Dwarka, New Delhi -110075 (Mobile No.9818296378, 9013652168) is appointed as Amicus Curiae to conduct the case on behalf of the complainant.

THE Registry is directed to supply a complete set of paper book and other documents related to this revision petition to her. The

REGISTRY is also directed to disburse a sum of Rs.7,500/ - towards out of pocket expenses, out of which, Rs.5,000/ - shall be disbursed alongwith the paper book and the balance amount shall be disbursed on disposal of revision petition. Ms. Seema Sharma, learned Amicus Curiae for the complainant is given two hours'' time to prepare the case.

SHRI Sachin Kumar Gupta, Chief Manager (Law) of OP is present. Arguments heard.

SHRI Sachin Kumar Gupta, Chief Manager of OP submits that the complainant had applied for loan in the sum of Rs.13.5 lakh. The bank sanctioned the loan in the sum of Rs.1,40,500/ - as lump sum and a sum of Rs.1275/ - per month was to be paid to him for 15 years. The complainant has not quantified the compensation. To our mind, this case should have been filed before District Forum. This National Commission, whose jurisdiction starts from Rs. 1 crore is not empowered to try this case. Therefore, the case is transferred to the District Forum, Tutukudi.

THE parties are directed to appear before the District Forum on 1st July, 2015. The District Forum shall hear the arguments on admission and in case it is admitted, it will give further time for filing the written statement for 30 days. The complainant can withdraw the statutory amount of Rs.5,000/ -. The complaint stands disposed of in above terms.
