Judgment
The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petitions is that the Respondent - ARO has not decided the Objections of the petitioners in
pursuance of the Show Cause Notices issued to the petitioners on various dates regarding the Property Tax.
The petitioners have submitted before the Court that no such Property Tax would be payable by the petitioners.
However, from the body of the writ petition, it is clear that though the petitioners have filed their Objections before the said Respondent No.2 -
ARO, no adjudication order has yet been passed by the said Authority.
These writ petitions therefore are premature and the same deserve to be disposed of with a liberty and direction to the petitioners to appear
before the said Authority and the Respondent No.2 -ARO, Yelahanka Sub-Division, BBMP is directed to pass appropriate speaking order in the
matter within a period of six weeks from today.
The petitioners are directed to appear in the first instance before the said Authority on 26-02-2018 at 11:00 A.M.
With the above observations, the present writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
