1.

THE matter in this appeal was heard on 18.08.2011 and reserved for pronouncement of orders. In the meanwhile, an application had been filed by the respondent, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi on 21.7.2011 with reference to a counter appeal filed by them, against the same order as the one impugned in the present proceedings.

2.

IT is stated in the above Misc. application that the matter came up before the Registrar on 28.8.2009 and he had ordered that the two appeals should be tagged together and notice to the parties issued, as per turn. However, it is observed that the appeal filed by the present respondent, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, remained untagged with the appeal filed by Sri S. C. Mathur and others. Therefore, a request has been made for listing of the two appeals together. Simultaneously, a request has also been made by the respondents to withdraw the cost of Rs.5,000/- imposed by this Commission in the proceedings of 7.7.2011. The Registrar is therefore directed to tag the two appeals and post them together, along with notice to both the parties for hearing on 31.10.2011.
