Judgment
The present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 191 dated 08.12.2017, registered under Sections 419,
420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station Haibowal, Ludhiana.
Learned State counsel submits that FIR No. 104 dated 18.08.2018 has been registered against the petitioner, in which his prayer for grant of
anticipatory bail has been rejected by this Court. Further, the petitioner has not joined the investigation, pursuant to interim order dated 11.07.2018.
This is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. His submission is that he could not join investigation as FIR No. 104 dated 18.08.2018 was
registered after interim bail was granted by this Court.
Now that the anticipatory bail application filed in FIR No. 104 dated 18.08.2018 has been rejected, the petitioner would not be in a position to join
investigation pursuant to interim order passed by this Court. Thus, the petition is dismissed for non-compliance of interim order dated 11.07.2018.
