Mr. A.P.S. Sandhu, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 and filed his memorandum of appearance, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that despite his best efforts, he could not contact the petitioner.
Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 contends that vide order dated 15.11.2002, this Court granted interim to the petitioner and now nothing survives in the present writ petition.
Vide order dated 15.11.2002, the Coordinate Bench of this Court passed the following order:-
“Notice in the application. Mr. Anupam Gupta, Advocate for respondent No.5 accepts notice. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, respondent No.5 is directed to permit the petitioner to take the remaining part of Third Professional Examinations (MBBS) at Daya Nand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana in the same manner in which the Vice Chancellor had allowed her to take her Second Professional Examinations (MBBS). A copy of the order be furnished to the learned counsel for respondent No.5 under the signatures of Reader of this Court. It will be obligatory on the counsel for respondent No.5 to communicate this order to the concerned quarter telephonically or otherwise, forthwith.”
A perusal of the above referred to order passed by this Court shows that the petitioner was directed to take the remaining part of Third Professional Examinations (MBBS) and the present writ petition pertains to the year 2002. As per the respondents, the petitioner has completed the MBBS course. Therefore, nothing survives in the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
