Judgment

"Issue notice.
Tag with Writ Petition (Civil) No. 43 of 2019. In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of further proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi."
In view of the stay order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the matter is adjourned sine die with leave to the parties to mention as and when necessity arises.
