This original petition is filed for a direction to the Principal Munsiff Court, Palakkad, to issue the certified copy of the order in IA No.379/2025 in OS No.67/2019 and keep in abeyance the further proceedings in OS No.67/2019 to enable the petitioner to work out the remedy against the order in IA No.379/2025.
Today, the counsel for the petitioner squarely concedes that the certified copy of the order has been received, and he seeks breathing time to work out the remedies against the said order.
Taking into consideration that the case is now posted for evidence of the defendants on 03.02.2025, in the interest of justice, I deem it appropriate to defer the recording of the evidence of the defendants by four days to enable the petitioner to work out the remedies against the order in IA No.379/2025. Since the judgment I am delivering is only in the nature of deferring the evidence by four days, notice need not be sent to the respondents.
The original petition is disposed of.
