Judgment
This application has been filed by the Resolution Professional stating therein that 180 days expired on 20.07.2019, and that vide 4th meeting of Committee of Creditors dated 10.07.2019 and vide Item No.12 thereof, extension of 90 days of the CIRP, has been approved. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant-Resolution Professional has informed that Expression of Interest (EOI) was invited and one EOI and certain queries were received, but no Resolution Plan was received and the Committee of Creditors has approved for another EOI.
Considering the above submissions, extension of 90 days for completion of CIRP is granted with a direction to the Resolution Professional to complete the process of CIRP, expeditiously. CA No.521/2019 stands allowed, thus, disposed of.
