1.

This review petition is filed by the petitioner in W.P. (C)No.3569/2018, which was disposed of by the judgment dated 9.2.2018, whereby the 1st respondent was directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 representation made by the petitioner, with notice to the petitioner and also to respondents 2 and 3, within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of that judgment. Though the interim order granted by this Court on 2.2.2018 directing the 3rd respondent Part Time Administrator not to enroll new members in the rolls of the Society for a period of one week, was referred to in paragraph 2 of the judgment, the operation of the said interim order was omitted to be extended while disposing that writ petition by the judgment dated 9.2.2018, till a decision is taken by the 1st respondent on Ext.P2 representation, as directed in that judgment.

2.

Heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner, the learned Senior Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent and also the learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

3.

Learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 would submit that no new members are enrolled after the interim order of this Court dated 2.2.2018 till date and as such, there is no necessity to extend the said interim order till disposal of Ext.P2 representation by the 1st respondent, especially when the matter is now listed before the 1st respondent on 12.3.2018.

4.

The fact that at the time of admission, this Court has granted an interim order, whereby the 3rd respondent Part Time Administrator was restrained from enrolling new members in the rolls of the Society for a period of one week is not in dispute. However, the said interim order was omitted to be extended till the disposal of Ext.P2 representation, while disposing of that writ petition by the judgment dated 9.2.2018.

In such circumstances, this review petition is disposed of by ordering that the interim order granted by this Court on 2.2.2018 in W.P.(C)No.3569/2018, whereby the 3rd respondent Part Time Administrator is restrained from enrolling new members in the rolls of the Society, shall continue till a decision is taken by the 1st respondent on Ext.P2 representation, as directed in the judgment dated 9.2.2018.
