Judgment
Heard Mr. Sunil Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has moved this writ petition with the following prayers:
“i. To the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the relevant records pertaining to the instant case from respondent.
ii. To set aside the impugned order dated 14.07.2022 to 03.02.2023.
iii. To the directed the family court, Raipur to direction/expedite of the divorce case H.M.A. No. 650 of 2022.
iv. Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems, fit in the facts and circumstances may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not filed this petition against any particular order but has prayed only for disposal of the matrimonial dispute pending before the II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur (C.G.) which is registered as H.M.A. No. 650 of 2022.
Considering the fact that the present is a matrimonial dispute, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court to expedite the matter as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
