The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P7 application accordance with Ext.P8 plan forthwith and for a further direction to permit the petitioner to proceed with Ext.P8 plan at his risk and cost, since CZMP has not yet been finalised.

It is seen that an interim order was filed on 11.01.2018, whereby the petitioner was given liberty to prefer an application for a clearance certificate from the 3rd respondent within a period of one week. The 3rd respondent was directed to consider the same and pass orders thereon.

Today, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent seeks time to get instructions. The learned Government Pleader also seeks time.

Having taken note of the interim order passed by this Court and also the prayer sought in the writ petition, it is evident that, as directed in the interim order, orders must have been passed by the 3rd respondent. In such circumstances, this writ petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge any order adverse to him.
