Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J. 1. The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:
(i) That writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued against the Respondent No. 2 who may be directed to decide the representation of the Petitioner (Annexure P-3) for his re-employment as Lecturer in Economics in GSS Bangana, Tehsil Bangana, District Una, H.P, forthwith.
(ii) That the Respondents may be directed to re-employ the Petitioner as Lecturer in Economics in GSS Bangana, Tehsil Bangana, District Una, H.P. till March, 2011 in terms of Annexurre P-2.
(iii) That the Respondents may be directed to post the Respondent No. 4 against the vacant post of Lecturer in Economic either in GSSS Lathyani or at GSS Hatli in order to facilitate the re-employment of the Petitioner as Lecturer in Economics at GSSS Bangana, District Una, H.P.
It is submitted that Annexure P-3, representation is pending before the 2nd Respondent. There will be a direction to the 2nd Respondent to take appropriate action on Annexure P-3, representation, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith the copy of the writ petition.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
